We want to emphasize that Tu Clínica Hispana Familiar Membership is not insurance. It is a discount program that allows you to access health services at preferential prices at any of our Tu Clínica Hispana Familiar locations.

2. Exclusive Use at Our Locations

Membership is valid only at Tu Clínica Hispana Familiar locations. Its use at other medical institutions or for services not provided directly by our clinics is strictly prohibited.

3. Refund Policy

We understand that changes in plans may occur. If for any reason you decide to cancel your membership, you have the right to request a full refund by emailing [email protected] within 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, after this 30 day period, we will not be able to offer refunds.

4. Not Combinable with Other Discounts

Membership offers percentage discounts on our services. Please note that these benefits cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts. We want to ensure that all our members receive the best possible value, but it is important to respect this condition to maintain equity among all our patients.

5. Prohibition of Marketing without Authorization

The resale or marketing of our memberships without the express permission of Tu Clínica Hispana Familiar is strictly prohibited. We want to ensure that memberships are used by our patients for their own health and wellness care.
